Immigration Solicitor Fees and Transparency
Immigration solicitor fees depend on the complexity and nature of the work involved. Fees are discussed before work begins, and you will be kept informed if circumstances change.
How Fees Are Structured
At Farhad Ahmed Solicitors, we believe clients should have clear information about legal costs before deciding whether to instruct a solicitor. We therefore publish price information in line with the Solicitors Regulation Authority’s Transparency Rules.
Fees may be offered as fixed fees, fee ranges or hourly rates depending on the matter. A fixed fee will be confirmed in writing after an initial consultation, once the full circumstances of your case are understood.
